We are capable of providing project to project support with requirements that could include multi-level engineering. Our engineers range from Level 1 Smart hands through to Level 3 design and configuration so you can rest assured that you have the right levels of support available to you.

Data Centre Services         

Our data centre services range from simple cable patching right up to the hardware build, installation and support. Our experts are experienced in performing all task from rack and stack to building a hardware installation and support.

If required our electricians would assist in electric work from Survey to new installation or troubleshooting.

Deskside services

Deskside service is an area of super importance to any end user who relies upon their technology day to day. A faulty computer or printing device is not just about the hardware it’s about the user, the human factor, and with our deskside support services we look to reduce the stress from the user’s day by having them back up and running as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can.

Our services include fully contracted hardware support and adhoc engineer to site to resolve any hardware, software or connectivity issues. We currently support in excess of 10,000 users across Europe and even offer full time engineer onsite support services with backfill to cover those unforeseen moments. Our deskside services don’t end there we can even extend those to support your localised servers and network hardware.
